Producers of Vidya's previous movies went bonkers after the stupendous success of their respective films.

Her last few films have been trend-setters and myth breakers. Films like 'Paa', 'Ishqiya', 'No One Killed Jessica' and 'The Dirty Picture' have raised some eyebrows, offended others but mesmerized all.

What makes her achievement so endearing is the fact that she doesn't have any godfather in the film fraternity, nor does she belong to the clans of the Kapoors', Khans' or Bachchan's.
