The ‘Dum Maaro Dum’ star Abhishek Bachchan, while shooting for an action sequence for his next, Rohit Shetty’s ‘Bol Bachchan’, fell off a cycle rickshaw and injured his forehead quite seriously.

As per tabloid reports, the actor, who was shooting in Jaipur when the unfortunate incident occurred, was rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
