Bollywood actor, Shakti Kapoor is known to play comic and villainous roles. He is most famous for acting in over 100 films with fellow comedian Kader Khan. This multitalented actor was born in Mumbai on Sept. 3, 1958 and did his graduation from Delhi.

He came from a simple background, where his father ran a tailoring business in Delhi. Although he didn’t belong to a family of actors or film makers, Shakti Kapoor managed to carve a niche for himself in the Indian Film Industry.

Although the actor was once considered as a bad man in real life and ostracized for a short period of time, the public got over it. In real life, this ‘Bad Man’ is a dedicated father and a complete softie. His wife and children are the world to him and he has been actively helping his kids to chart out their life ahead.

He is the brother-in-law of the famous Marathi actress Padmini Kolhapure and is married to her elder sister Shivangi. He has two children, a son Siddharth Kapoor and a daughter Shraddha Kapoor, and both are pursuing a career in acting.

Being a good friend of Salman Khan, Shakti kapoor donates blood almost every month along with his friends. He has been involved in many activities promoting social causes.
