Aamir pays fine for no-entry lane drive


Bollywood's Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan was caught driving in the no entry zone in Satara by three traffic constables who then fined him for violating the traffic rules on Sunday.

Though the passers-by who witnessed the incident tried to convince the cops and requested them to leave the actor, Aamir himself was not in favor of getting away with rules because of his star status.

Admitting his mistake and showing his respect for the traffic rules, Aamir urged to pay a fine of Rs. 100.

As per the information provided by the onlookers, Aamir insisted on paying the fine amount and said to the constables, "Meri galti hai (It's my mistake)." Constable Sanjay Sable, one of the three constables revealed that a challan of Rs. 100 was issued against the actor.

He also revealed that in order to get a glance of the actor, the crowd gathered to more than hundred and the number kept on rising by the passing minutes.

During the incident, Aamir was accompanied by his wife, Kiran Rao. They were in their BMW and heading towards Kaas plateau. Sources revealed that the actor was being followed by his bodyguards in another vehicle while he was driving the car.

The '3 idiots' star was caught by the traffic constables when he took a wrong turn near Powai naka area, however, he immediately accepted his mistake without creating any fuss.

Adding further, Sable said, "He said anyone who is wrong should pay a fine and the police should not let anyone get away.”
