Aamir is not going to replace Sanjay Dutt in upcoming Munnabhai trequel, ‘Munnabhai Chaley Amerika,’ confirmed the official representative of Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

In a recent conversation with TOI, the Munnabhai maker Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s rep stated that the script for the upcoming installment of the Munnabhai series has not been locked yet and thus, there is not question of the star cast being finalized for the project now.

Moreover, the high-flying actor Aamir Khan already has no time for the coming two years, added the rep.

Rubbishing rumors about Aamir substituting Sanjay as Munnabhai, the filmmaker’s representative told TOI, “We are not even ready with the script of the next "Munna Bhai" flick and this is a baseless humour.

“Vidhu Vinod Chopra doesn't begin the casting for his films until he completes his script. Besides, Aamir Khan is not free for another two years."

Fielding a question about the promos of ‘Munnabhai Chaley Amerika’ that has been shot with Sanjay and Arshad, the spokesperson said that the trailers were shot two years back.

Well, if both Aamir and Sanjay are not going to play Munnabhai, then who will be the play this role?
