Ever since Sourav Ganguly has been left out of Shahrukh’s team, Kolkata Knight Riders, for the IPL season this year, there have been rumors suggesting that the relationship between the two has soured.

However, Sourav, in a recent conversation with the IANS, has set the records straight by stating that the reports about his clash with SRK are untrue, as the B-town superstar is a very good friend of his.

Putting an end to all rumors, Sourav said, "I don't know from where these false stories of clash between me and Shah Rukh have come up. There is no such thing. It is totally wrong. Shah Rukh is a good friend of mine and I know him for a long time. KKR is a sensitive and emotional team for me. I want it to win.”

"Shah Rukh is just like my elder brother and he will remain so," added Sourav.

Cricket icon Sourav Ganguly, who has been roped in to host the Bengali version of the show ‘Who wants to be a Millionaire’, on Mahuaa Bangla, reportedly, managed to get the B-town Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan as a guest on his show.

Talking about how he was approached for the show, Aamir said, "Five days back I got a text message from Sourav requesting me to be a guest participant on his show. I then replied back Yes,"

The programme's episode editor and Bengali filmmaker Sudeshna Roy articulated that Aamir Khan and Sourav Ganguly’s chemistry on the Bengali reality show was mind-blowing.
