After B-town hotties Minissha Lamba and Bipasha Basu, it is Mallika Sherawat’s brother Vikram who seems to be least bothered about abiding by the laws.

Well, as per the latest tabloids, Mallika’s sibling Vikram Lamba has been arrested by the custom officials at the Mumbai International Airport, today, for traveling with “foreign currency beyond permissible limit” and other undeclared possessions.

Lamba has been booked under Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).

Vikram deplaned from a London via Dubai Emirates flight
It’s learnt that Vikram had deplaned at the Mumbai International Airport from a London via Dubai Emirates flight, today in the morning.

Sameer Wankhede, deputy commissioner, customs, along with his team of officers held Vikram, while the latter was trying to pass through the green channel.

At present, Mallika Sherawat’s brother is in custody and is being interrogated, informed custom officers.

In a conversation with the IANS, Commissioner of Customs (Airport), P.M. Govande said, "Lamba was carrying more than $10,000 (Rs.4.4 lakh) in cash and some dutiable goods.

"We are valuing the foreign currency and the items he was carrying. He is also being questioned. Till the time we value the currency and the items, he will be detained.”
