Mumbai, June 30: Bollywood’s dry spell is over and the opening is just perfect. Kabir Bedi’s ‘New York’ that released on 26 June received a standing ovation at the end of the first show.

Well, the applause was not for the end of the spell but because ‘New York’ is a gripping dramatic thriller that has a message along with some regular masala. It has indeed cast its magic on the audience.

The post 9/11 tragedy depicted in this movie captivates the audience, and the performances of the actors are worth appreciation.

John Abraham has finally proved his acting mettle and even Neil Nitin Mukesh has made an impact through his acting in this thriller flick, that revolves around three friends whose life changes after the 9/11 attack.

Rarely has a movie been able to appeal the audience in recent times and thus this movie is a refreshing comeback for real Bollywood. The movie deals with a serious matter and very beautifully drifts away from the thin line between boredom and entertainment.

The movie is expected to do exceptionally well at the Box Office and has got a overwhelming response from the audience so far.

A full ‘paisa vasool’ entertainer this movie will surely go places. So, what are you waiting for? Go and catch it in the nearest theatre and have fun!!
