Director Robert Clark and son killed in car accident

Director Robert Clark, who was best known for his holiday classic “A Christmas Story,” and his son Ariel were killed in an early morning car crash.

The accident took place on April 4th, around 2.30 AM, on California's Pacific Coast Highway, the driver of the SUV was in drunken state was driving SUV in wrong lane. The driver, though got few injuries and was hospitalized and will be booked for investigation of vehicular manslaughter after he gets released from the hospital.

I have read that the driver was under the influence of alcohol and driving in wrong lane. It should be he who must die rather then the innocent Robert Clark and his son who were driving right. What a shame, a single mistake took up life of two people and that too for no fault of theirs. The driver must be given strict punishment.
