‘Pappu Can't Dance Saala’ reminds Neha of 'initial days of struggle'

Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia who is gearing up for the release of her forthcoming release 'Pappu Can't Dance Saala', where she would be seen essaying the role of a backup dancer, recently shared about her struggles during the initial days of her career.

The actress confessed that her character of a backup dancer in the film reminds about the struggles that she had undergone.

"I started my career with a beauty pageant but not many people know that the first fashion show I attended was by helping models with their shoes backstage. So now each time I walk the ramp at a fashion show I am reminded of it," said the actress.

While talking about Saurabh Shukla's romantic-comedy 'Pappu Can't Dance Saala', Neha, who plays a backup dancer from a small town, stated that her struggles haven’t ended even now.

“I observed the backup dancers on the sets and their ambition, dedication and attitude towards their profession reminded me of my initial days of struggle. The struggle hasn't ended though. Every actor first struggles to achieve a certain position and then to maintain it,” said Neha.
