After months of speculation, the lovebirds were finally seen behaving pretty much like a normal couple at good friend Imran Khan’s bash on Thursday night, at his Bandra residence.

Sonam, Punit inseparable at Imran’s bash
According to sources, Sonam and her ‘I Hate Luv Storys’ director arrived at the party separately maybe in a bid to avoid media glare.

However, once inside the house, the pair was supposedly inseparable from each other and the chemistry between them was sizzling.

“They were very comfortable with each other. It was very clear that they are fond of each other. It is high time they came out in the open and declared their love for each other. Love is a beautiful thing, and moreover, they have been going steady for the last two-and-half years now. Why do they continue to play hide-and-seek?” an insider added.

Meanwhile, the lovebirds were also spotted bonding well with Deepika Padukone and her beau Mallya scion Siddharth Mallya, who also attended the party.

A close source revealed, “Sonam did raise a few eyebrows when she chatted up with Deepika. Siddhartha was constantly by Dippy's side. Punit, on the other hand did the same with Sonam. The young director stuck to Sonam.”

Sonam upbeat about ‘Mausam’s release
With her personal life on a high, the Bollywood beauty is also creating waves at the professional front.

The 26-year-old actress is all set for the release of her latest flick ‘Mausam’, which will hit theatres on Sept. 23.

The upcoming movie, which has been directed by veteran actor Pankaj Kapur, has already created a stir with the promos.

The flick, which also stars Shahid Kapoor, is a love story set in the backdrop of Indian Air Force.
