Post surgery for Trigeminal Neuralgia, superstar Salman Khan, who all theses days had been putting in all his efforts to make his recent release super-duper hits at the box-office, says that he is tired now.
According to tabloid reports, the ‘Bodyguard’ hero said that excessive traveling and the operation for his painful nerve disorder has left him completely worn-out.
Talking about his health, Salman said, “……Everything is okay, but right now I'm tired because of the flight and the surgery."
Salman: Kareena and I took it as a challenge to make ‘Bodyguard’ a hit
While all the former Salman-Kareena starrer had been duds at the box-office, the duo’s latest outing ‘Bodyguard’ has unexpectedly broken all box-office records.
When asked to react over this unanticipated success of their film, the ‘Dabangg’ Khan stated that after the prior failures, he and Kareena had taken it as a challenge to make their venture a hit.
"All our (Kareena and Salman's) films together have been a disaster 'Kyon Ki', 'Main Aurr Mrs Khanna' so we took it as a challenge to make this film a hit,” the high-flying actor told the shutterbugs.
He further added, “The reason it's a hit? Because you guys watched it.”
Salman wants Katrina to be his bodyguard
Meanwhile, Salman, who plays Kareena’s onscreen bodyguard in Atul Agnihotri’s ‘Bodyguard’, expressed that he wishes to have his ex-flame Katrina Kaif as his real life bodyguard.
When asked who would he like to see as his bodyguard in real life, Salman unabashedly said, “Katrina.”
After undergoing treatment in the United States, the actor flew to London to chill out. On the same day as Katrina’s latest film ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ premiered.
Rajinikanth’s family not happy with Salman doing legend’s biopic
There have been rumors afloat that Atul Agnihotri is planning making a biopic on Rajinikanth, with Salman playing the lead in it.
However, reports are trickling in that the South megastar’s family is not very happy with the idea.
When asked if they are aware of Atul’s plans, Rajini’s younger daughter and moviemaker, Soundarya Rajinikanth told a daily, “We are not aware of any project like this and we’ve not had any talks with director Atul Agnihotri yet.”
“We will see when they approach us,” she added.
