The actress, who is about to have her first tryst with item numbers, stated that the word item is just a glamorous way of calling a dance number.

Excited about doing a dance number, Sonakshi revealed that she has always loved dancing and is happy that she has got an opportunity to show it in this film.

When Sonakshi was asked whether she would be able to outshine the other hot item queens, the actress stated, “I am not apprehensive at all. Everyone has their own charm and their own style, and I'm very comfortable in my own space and confident of my abilities, I wouldn't compare myself to anyone. All I have to do is give it my best. Farah is there to take care of the rest. As far as preparations go, I will definitely be rehearsing for it before we start filming.”

"I don't look at it that way. I think everybody here has something to offer. Everyone has their own charm and their own personality. Everybody brings something new and something different for the audience. I don't believe in competition,” stated the actress.

Post ‘Dabangg’, Sonakshi seems to be the most sought after actress. And the actress considers herself lucky to bag another film with Salman, after having shared screen space with the actor in ‘Dabangg’.
