Mahie, who was required to deliver some hard-core lovemaking scenes in Ram Gopal Varma’s imminent movie, in a recent one-to-one with the TOI, expressed that doing intimate scenes is not a big deal for her.
Revealing how she felt while doing the steamy scenes, the hottie expressed, "The intimate scenes were no big deal. Once you get into the skin of the character it is all okay. We are actors after all!”
Ramu was more embarrassed than me, says Mahie
Mahie further stated that while she was least troubled and shy to give the shots and re-takes for the steamy sequences, it was filmmaker RGV who was quite uncomfortable helming the shoot.
Apparently, throughout the shoot, the director kept on apologizing to Mahie for making her do the intimate scenes.
Talking about RGV’s discomfort while shooting the lovemaking scenes, Mahie said, “Ramu was more embarrassed than I was. I remember once he even left the sets. He keeps apologizing to me, and I have to keep reassuring him that it's all okay.”
The actress has portrayed her character so well in the movie, that director RGV seems to be quite impressed with her.
Showering praises on Mahie, Ramu said, "She understood the script so well. I felt odd that I had to put a girl in such a situation. There were retakes, too. And that felt more awkward.”
