Well, Mr. Kundra had a surprise in store for his beautiful wife and as soon as she returned from her ad shoot in Madh Island on Wednesday, she was taken for a private birthday bash that included close friends and family members.

When the actress was contacted during her shoot, she said, “I am in Madh Island shooting for an advertisement and there’s terrible network here, Uff!”

“Nobody told me anything before I left (the shoot), so I had no idea about what was happening. But I’ll keep you posted,” said Shilpa, on returning from her hectic schedule.

Well-planned party greeted Shilpa
Reports claim that as soon as the actress reached home, she was greeted by her friends and relatives, whom Raj had invited for her surprise birthday party.

A family member said that after partying at her house, the actress and her husband later moved to a private lounge.

“The party was planned well in advance. As usual, we wanted the birthday party to be a surprise for Shilpa. Raj wanted to make it special for her, like he tries to every year. But we still don’t know what Raj is planning to present her,” said the family member.

The gorgeous actress, who shares her birthday with veteran actress Dimple Kapadia, is a lucky gal for sure.

A peak into Shilpa’s life
Shilpa Shetty started her Bollywood career in 1993 opposite Shahrukh, in the blockbuster movie ‘Baazigar’ and since then there was no looking back for her.

She starred in more than 40 Bollywood movies and gave a tough competition to other heroines of her time.

She was last seen in a sexy dance number in ‘Dostana’ and is concentrating on her IPL team ‘Rajasthan Royals’.

She married Raj Kundra in 2009 and has been experiencing the happiest phase of her life ever since.
