Anurag Kashyap and wife Kalki are hippies at heart

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and his wife Kalki Koechlin have been grabbing headlines for their low-profile South Indian style marriage, which was not publicized too much.

Buzz is that apart from some close friends, the couple did not invite many from the film fraternity and even chose to keep the paparazzi away from the biggest day of their life.

But, they did not keep the media waiting too long and as soon as the wedding was over, Anurag uploaded pictures of his simple, traditional wedding on the internet for all.

Talking about not inviting the media for the wedding, the ‘Dev D’ director said, “Kalki and I are hippies at heart. We don't need the media outside our gates on our special day.”

Anurag is all praises for Kalki
It seems that the talented filmmaker is head over heels in love with Kalki and has all good things to say about her.

Showering praises over his wife, he said, “She's such a talented and dedicated girl. She was reading a script on our wedding day. And as far the guest list is concerned; the occasion was witnessed by bare essentials, including the families of both sides.”

The couple, who got busy with their respective work post their marriage, have still not planned their honeymoon.

Anurag to produce Kalki-starrer 'Prague'
Meanwhile, what has worked in favor of debutant filmmaker Rohit Khaitan is that Anurag is all set to produce the movie titled ‘Prague’ that has Kalki Koechlin as the female lead.

Talking about the horror flick, Rohit who has worked as executive producer for Anurag in ‘Dev D’ informed, “Prague revolves around three young architects that experience paranormal activity while exploring the city of Prague, which is famous for its paranormal tales."

"I couldn't be happier that my mentor of so many years is producing my first film. I couldn't have asked for a better leading lady than Kalki. I am so glad she agreed to do my film. The film features Chandan Roy Sanyal, Gulshan Deviah and a new boy as the three young architects,” he added.
