A non-glamorous look for Katrina in ‘Ek Tha Tiger’

The Brit-Indian bombshell Katrina Kaif, who had impressed her fans with her sexy avatar in the item song ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’, has surprisingly been asked to go non-glamorous in her forthcoming movie ‘Ek Tha Tiger’.

Well, rumormongers have been suggesting that the makers of the Salman-starrer upcoming film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ have asked their heroine Katrina to be make-free while shooting for the flick.

Kat, who formerly flaunted a de-glam look in Prakash Jha’s ‘Rajneeti’, has been asked to wash her face before every shot for Kabir Khan’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’.

A source close to the film unit informed, "Katrina who has constantly played ultra-glamorous roles has been told by director Kabir Khan that she cannot use makeup at all for her character in Ek Tha Tiger. The brief to Katrina is, 'Your only makeup would be face-wash before every shot.”

Katrina has big role in ‘Ek Tha Tiger’
Director Kabir Khan, who has earlier worked with Katrina in ‘New York’, is all praises for the actress. He stated that though Salman will be the central character in his forthcoming directorial venture ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, Katrina too plays an important role in the film.

Talking about Kat’s role in the film, Kabir said, “Katrina is not an ornament in the film. She is there because the film demands her presence. Though Salman is the central protagonist here, Katrina too has a big role. It is a kick-a$$ character that she is getting to play in the film.”

When asked about the unanticipated Salman-Katrina pairing, the director said that the duo have a sizzling chemistry on-screen.

“They look great together and their chemistry will show on screen,” articulated Kabir.

Sneak peek into ‘Ek Tha Tiger’
To be produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ will be helmed by Kabir Khan.

The film is a romance-filled spy thriller and stars the ex-flames Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif as the lead pair.

‘Ek Tha Tiger’ will feasibly hit the theatres by next year.
