I don't know if I’ve the six-pack anymore—SRK

While speculations were riding high that the ‘Ra.One’ superhero was hitting the gym regularly to get eight-packs, Shahrukh recently articulated that he doesn’t even know if he is having his six-packs any longer.

Well, in an exclusive conversation with The Economic Times, the celebrity co-owner of Kolkata Knight Riders got candid about his team’s success and stated that his team has managed to make nominal profits this IPL season and thus, they won’t have to see failure this time.

“I can say that we have managed to break even or made nominal profits. We won't be seeing red,” said Shahrukh.

Formerly, reports had claimed that Shahrukh will be showing his six-pack abs, if his IPL team KKR reaches the finals.

However, when asked what he will do besides showing his six-pack abs if KKR reaches finals, King Khan said, “I don't even know if I have the six-pack anymore! I just had rasam and rice yesterday so I am sure some damage has been done there (laughs). But on a serious note, I said that more out of sheer exuberance thinking about KKR doing well. It will be very good for us as a brand to be in the Champions League.”

You can't have everyone in the team, says SRK
As per the latest tabloids, the former KKR player Sourav Ganguly has now been zeroed in by the Pune Warrior and will soon be seen playing against SRK’s KKR.

When asked how he was feeling about Sourav playing against KKR, Shahrukh quipped, “It will be a regular match. I wish him all the best but I think it's high time that we move on now.”

“You can't have everyone in the team. We are more focused on the team that we have now. In any case, no team is synonymous only with one person. As Gautam Gambhir says, a captain is a person heading a good team,” he added.

We’ll try and reduce ticket prices, says Shahrukh
Reportedly, the sale of IPL tickets at Eden Gardens this season has been less.

When SRK was asked about the decline in the sales, he said, “We had the stadium 50% full, which is not bad at all. In India, a full stadium is mostly packed to about 60%. IPL anyways is more of a television property. But we will try and reduce ticket prices so that more people come and watch the match on ground.”
