Sanjay opts out of Bhatt camp’s next

As per the latest tabloid buzz, Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has opted out of Bhatt's upcoming project due to his busy schedule and non-availability of dates.

Interestingly, sources are claiming that in January Sanjay had happily given his consent to be part of the film when Chairman of ‘Vishesh Films’ Mukesh Bhatt along with director Kunal Deshmukh had approached him.

Mukesh had even reportedly confirmed Sanjay’s presence in their next in an interview saying, "Sanjay has a very special place in our hearts. He was our first hero in the very first venture of Vishesh Films Kabzaa. He sent us a very sweet message saying 'It's great to come back home."

The industry insiders are finding it tough to believe that Sanju has actually ditched people, who had given his career a new life back in 1986 with film ‘Naam.’

Not only this, Bhatts had even extended their support towards Sanjay back in 1993, when he was arrested under the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Act.

Booked till 2012
Reportedly, Sanjay is quite busy with his new production house and his own professional assignments at this moment and he openly told this to Bhatts when they last met.

"Dutt said that he wouldn't be able to get on board before April 2012. Bhatts want to put Kunal's film on floors in August. Surely, they can't wait for additional eight months, revealed the insider.

Some sources are also claiming that Sunjay had quoted sky-high price for the film, which Bhatts were not ready to pay.

Mahesh Bhatt reveals the truth
Though, Sanjay and Mukesh stayed unavailable for comment, when filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt was contacted he confirmed that Sanjay is no longer a part of the film.

The outspoken filmmaker revealed, “Sanjay’s a big man. He has a production house and his own compulsions. He could not fit into our requirements. We couldn't go by his pace, and he couldn't go by our's.”

He was also quick to turn down suggestions that Sanjay left due to money issues.
