Reportedly, Akshay will be seen shooting for a fighting segment in the coldest place of the world Antarctica, sans his shirt.

The 10 minutes fighting scene will be introduced in the beginning of the film where Akshay will be seen removing his shirt, during the fight.

Akki wanted 'Housefull 2' to be unique
In the quest of making 'Housefull 2' entertaining, Akshay had a discussion with the director Sajid Khan and producer Sajid Nadiadwala to shoot a fight scene in a new place.

Well, no one had imagined in the wildest dreams that the “new place” will turn out to be Antarctica, where only documentaries have been shot till now.

A little birdie told Mumbai Mirror, “In Housefull, Akshay had played a nerd. In Housefull 2, he plays a larger-than-life hero.

“After a string of comedies, Akshay has been toying with the idea of getting back to action in a way that would immediately catch people's attention.

“He sat down with producer Sajid Nadiadwala and director Sajid Khan and came up with the idea of an introductory fight in a place where it has never been done before."

Believe it or not, 'Housefull 2' is the first feature film to be shot in Antarctica.

Confirming the reports, director Sajid said, “Yes, I'm shooting Akshay's introductory action sequence for Housefull 2 in Antarctica. It's the coldest place in the world.”

Zarine penciled in 'Housefull 2'
Latest reports reveal, the 'Veer' famed actress Zarine Khan, who recently did a cameo with Salman Khan in 'Ready', will now star in Sajid's 'Housefull 2'.

Reportedly, Nadiadwala was quite impressed with Zarine's new look, post her shedding the extra flab, and immediately decided to rope in Zarine. Apparently, Zarine has signed the project.

Hence, the 'Housefull 2' team now includes Asin Thottumkal, Jacqueline Fernandez, Riteish Deshmukh, John Abraham, Akshay Kumar and Zarine Khan.

Confirming the reports, Sajid Khan said, “Yes, she has joined the cast along with Asin and Jacqueline Fernandez.”
