Reportedly, Chang, who debuted as an actor with Yash Raj Films ‘Badmaash Company’, plans to spend a long time in the industry, both as an actor and singer.

“In the long run, I would like to pursue singing and acting as a career. Till 40-50 years of my life I would like to do this as I enjoy doing these two things," Chang said.

The 28-year-old star was first noticed through the reality show ‘Indian Idol’ and after almost winning the trophy in the show, he decided to stay on and try his luck in the industry.

Fortunate of having made it in Bollywood despite the looks--Chang
Chang feels that god has been smiling on him and that was the reason why despite not being a star material, he has been able to make it in the industry.

The dance reality show winner said, "Fortunately my looks have worked in my favor I guess for a complete new comer who is not from the industry...to get into a reality show and then another then a movie. I guess it is not easy for someone who looks like me.”

"I believe that it is not always necessary to be a complete package…If there is one good in you liked by people then too you can make it big. I believe good things happen to good people," he added.

Would do live shows and TV, says Chang
Now that the dance show is over, Chang said that he would do some television and some live singing shows, along with visiting producers and casting directors to realize his acting dreams.

And on focusing on both singing and acting, he said, “Many people say that when you do several things at a time you lose focus. But the point is I don't do all things at a time. I don't mix up singing with acting. But I do believe that life is small and one must try to do as many things as you can.”

Well, we hope lady luck keeps smiling on the dentist-turned-entertainer and he has a really long and successful innings in B-town.
