The hottie who has set the silver screen on fire a number of times, is anticipated to deliver another scorching performance in Vishal Bhardwaj’s forthcoming flick ‘Saat Khoon Maaf' as well.

Recently in a conversation with the Reuters, the tinsel town hottie articulated that no one else could play the role of 'Susanna', her character in Vishal Bhardwaj’s forthcoming flick ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’, better than her.

When asked if she could think about any other actress doing her role, Piggy Chops said, “Umm…I really can’t. For me, Susanna’s me. I can’t imagine her as anyone else. Actually, maybe… I have absolutely no idea. You should ask Vishal (Bhardwaj) this.”

When the other heroines in the industry prefer playing fair characters, the multifaceted Priyanka didn’t hesitate to step into the boots of a lady who ties the knot seven times and even slays all her spouses.

When asked what made her chose the unusual role, the actress said, “Because I pave my own path and I don’t like following rules. I don’t like convention. I want my own space. It’s a small space, but I’m very possessive about it.”

Chopra is one such actress in the industry, who is well-known for experimenting with her looks and roles.

Celebrated filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar’s film ‘Fashion’, which featured her in the lead role was the first women centric motion picture to be a runaway success at the box office.

‘Saat Khoon Maaf’, a black comedy thriller
Talking about her forthcoming flick ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’, Piggy Chops said that the movie was neither a light hearted comedy nor a romantic slapstick; it was a baleful comedy.

“It’s not a ‘Dostana’ or a ‘Golmaal’ -- it’s a sinister comedy, which is a space India is not familiar with, which is why everyone is slotting it. So you may not guffaw with laughter, but you will come out thinking ‘they deserve to die’. That’s the quirkiness of the film,” said the leading lady.

The flick ‘Saat Khoon Maaf’ is based on the eminent author Ruskin Bond’s novel titled ‘Susanna's Seven Husbands’ and Priyanka will be seen getting into the skin of its central character ‘Susanna Anna Marie Johannes.’

The lady killer will be seen sharing the screen space with seven prominent male stars, namely Naseeruddin Shah, Irrfan Khan, Annu Kapoor, John Abraham, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Vivaan and Russian actor Alex.

These seven male protagonists will be Piggy Chops hubbies on-screen.

The much awaited movie is all set to hit the silver screen on Feb. 18, this year.
