I can never be Mallika’s replacement--Urmila Matondkar

It’s barely a month since Mallika began shooting as a celebrity judge for the dance reality show ‘Chak Dhoom Dhoom’ and its now learnt that the actress has been replaced by the Bollywood ‘Chamma Chamma’ girl Urmila Matondkar because of her temper tantrums.

After substituting the 'Hisss' actress, Urmila made her stand clear that she was never a replacement and there cannot be any comparisons.

“I don’t have to fit into Mallika Sherawat’s shoes on the show. I can never be anyone’s replacement, especially not after all the work I have behind me,” stated the livewire actress.

Urmila is keyed up to judge with Javed Jaffery and Terence Lewis
Urmila who is already prepared to make a grand entry on the show with a dance performance, excitedly stated that she would be performing whenever she gets the opportunity to shake a leg.

Other than this, Urmila is looking forward to judge with her favorite dance choreographers, Terence Lewis and Javed Jaffery.

Reminiscing about her earlier days when she had worked with Terence, Urmila stated, “Terence and I worked together for a stage show where he created a desi Moulin Rouge with Chamma chamma (Chinagate). He made me dance in five styles in that single act including four foreign forms.”

Mallika blames the long hours of working for the show
On the other hand, Mallika’s starry tantrums have already got tongues wagging about her intolerant behavior while shooting for the show.

Speaking about the ruckus Mallika created for the channel, sources stated, "They tried their best to retain Mallika however, her nakhras kept increasing with the passing of everyday. It reached a point of no return and the makers of the show could not take it anymore."

However, when the actress was asked whether she had been thrown out of the show, Mallika denied and confirmed that she quit the dance reality show due to date issues.

"I had developed date issues and spoke to the channel regarding the same. We have parted ways amicably,” further added Mallika.

Mallika, however, didn’t stop cribbing about the long hours she had to shoot for the show, which she felt was tedious, as it affected her movie shoots the next day and she didn’t want to ruin her shoots.
