This handsomely live animated film releasing this Friday is not for children, but also to keep adults interest alive.

Touted as India’s first live action - 3D animation combination feature film, 'Toonpur Ka Superrhero'‎ has been promised by the makers to be engaging enough even for the mainstream adult audience and is expected to make everyone laugh throughout the film.

Directed by Kireet Khurana and produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, ‘Toonpur Ka Superrhero’ has the real life couple Ajay and Kajol sharing screen space after their 2008 film ‘U, Me Aur Hum’, directed by Ajay Devgan.

Written by Raagi Bhatnagar ‘Toonpur Ka Superrhero’ also stars Mukesh Tiwari, Sanjay Mishra, Delnaz Paul, Amey Pandya, Chinky Jaiswal and Tanuja (special appearance).

The music of the film has been composed by Anu Malik and Rishi Rich.

Synopsis
'Toonpur Ka Superrhero'‎ is a story about a reel life Bollywood superstar Aditya Kumar (Ajay Devgan), who is married to Priya (Kajol). Living up to his reel life hero image is not impressive enough for his kids, and so, they want their father to spout some action like a real life hero.

In an attempt to please his kids, this reel life hero lands in the world of cartoons as a human and transforms to a real life hero.

Aditya lands in Toonpur, where there had been constant wars between the Devtoons (good toons) and the Toonasurs (bad toons). Aditya works and helps the Devtoons by fighting against their enemies Toonasurs and defeats them.

The refreshing element about the film is that the various characters in ‘Toonpur Ka Superrhero’ have been shown from a different cultural background.
