Purab Kohli's smooch with Gul Panag lands him in trouble

All's not well between VJ-turned-actor Purab Kohli and his wife Yamini Namjoshi. Rumor has it that the 'Rock On' fame actor came close to co-star Gul Panag while shooting for their upcoming film, 'Turning 30', so much so that the actor's wife had to pay special visits at the shoots.

Purab and Yamini split?
Buzz has it that the marriage is on the rocks and Purab has now shifted to his mother's house in Bandra.

A source familiar with the matter revealed, “Purab was dating Yamini for six years before he married her in Nov 2007. But in the past few months, they had been facing problems. The fights increased and Purab decided to move in with his mother.”

“They are giving each other some time and space. They have not even gone for counseling,” the source added,

When contacted, Purab did not deny the fact but said, “I don’t wish to speak about my personal life.”

About 'Turning 30'
The film, produced by Prakash Jha and directed by Alankrita Shrivastava, focuses on Naina, a young, independant girl, who realizes being jobless and manless as she turns 30.

Set in Mumbai, the movie is a light, heart-warming journey of woman and her struggle with love, life and work.

If rumor is to be believed, Purab and Gul Panag got so lost while sharing a lip-lock in a scene that they did not even hear director's 'cut' and continued kissing each other.

A source close to the film said, “Gul and Purab got along like a house on fire on the sets. Even after the director called ‘cut’, the two continued to kiss. The entire unit was very amused.”

Apparently, the script demanded actors to enact another raunchy lovemaking scene a few days later. But this time Purab’s wife, Yamini decided to visit the set, and so the shoot was canceled.

Regarding Purab's wife visiting the sets, the source added, “Haan, thoda insecure thi voh, that’s why she came."

Cost of a kiss?
