Recently, during an award ceremony on Monday evening, while praising the physically handicapped achievers, Sallu didn’t mind taking potshots at his friend-turned-foe director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Sallu miffed with Bhansali
After working with Bhansali in ‘Khamoshi’, ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’, and ‘Saawariya’, Sallu is presently miffed with his favorite director, Bhansali for not casting him in his latest release, ‘Guzaarish’.

It all started when some time ago, Salman gifted Sanjay a DVD of Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Prestige’, and from where the idea of ‘Guzaarish’ emerged.

However, when Sanjay roped in Hrithik instead of Salman, probably Sallu got hurt.

During the function, while talking to a hearing-impaired girl, Sallu asked if she had met Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and said, “Jaake usko milo. Voh tumhare pe picture bana dega, khud khoob kamayega, lekin tumko kuch nahin dega.

“Arre, usme toh makhi udd rahi thi, lekin koi machhar bhi nahi gaya dekhne.”

Interestingly, the actor was too loud while speaking such words for the famed director and his film, ‘Guzaarish’.

Surprisingly, neither the director nor the film’s lead, Hrithik and Sallu’s ex, Aishwarya Rai, has reverted to his candid statements.

Salman further added, “Arre, usme toh makhi udd rahi thi, lekin koi machhar bhi nahi gaya dekhne. Arre, koi kutta bhi nahin gaya.”

When quizzed, whether he would have liked to do the film, Salman stated, “Nah. Apan Dabangg se khush hain."
