“Salman (Salman Khan) is a very special friend. I love Salman. I’ll surely work with him again,” said Bhansali.

When Bhansali started shooting for 'Guzaarish' with Hrithik and Aishwarya Rai in lead, tabloids started buzzing with speculations that Bhansali and Salman’s friendship has gone sour.

However, the powerhouse of talent Bhansali added that just because his latest venture does not feature his buddy Salman that does not mean there’s bad blood running between them.

Reportedly, ‘Guzaarish’ is inspired from Christopher Nolan’s 'The Prestige' and to make this film was Salman’s idea.

So far, Bhansali and Salman have worked in two films together, 'Khamoshi – The Musical' and 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam'. Salman even made a guest appearance in Bhansali’s box-office disaster ‘Saawariya'.

Bhansali—a music composer
Apparently, Bhansali is awaiting the release of ‘Guzaarish’ quite excitedly as with the film he will be debuting as music composer.

When asked, what made him go in this direction, Bhansali revealed, “I’ve been fascinated with music since childhood. I want music when I wake up, when I bathe, when I’m eating, when I’m shooting, when I’m working, when I’m relaxing… I love music playing everywhere.”

He added that though he’s usually involved in all the processes related to his films, majority of music composers do not like third party interference in their music.

So, while making ‘Guzaarish’, he decided to take this chance as he believes “one should do what one is capable of.”

Ash, Bhansali’s favorite
Bhansali revealed that he’s fond of Aishwarya (Salman’s ex) as she understands his vision.

“Ash enjoys working with me. I feel special and blessed to have an actor who can interpret what I want.

"She’s a sharp, thinking actress and doesn’t come to the sets asking what she’s supposed to do. Besides, she’s evolved a lot as a person too,” concluded Bhansali.
