Talking about Aish, Akshay stated, “Ash is simply fabulous and one of the reasons that we shared incredible compatibility as actors and people is because she brings in the same focus, energy and discipline to her work as I do."

Apart from their incredible chemistry, the ‘Khiladi’ can’t stop praising his co-star, as Akki stated that Aish doesn’t throw starry tantrums like any diva does.

"Aishwarya is not a diva. She does not throw tantrums. She does not come with any baggage whatsoever and is an extremely easy person to work with,” added Akki.

Akki and Aish first time paired in a romantic film
This had been the first time that Akshay had done a romantic film with Aish, after their earlier appearance in the 2004 action film ‘Khakee’.

"Our on-screen relationship in 'Khakee' was quite unconventional and actually came with a chilling twist. Still, people had really liked us in 'Khakee' and it is rather odd that Aishwarya and I did not work together after that,” stated Akki about their on screen chemistry in ‘Khakee’.

Vipul’s ‘Action Replayy', a perfect love story
Vipul, who is looking forward to the release of his Akshay and Aishwarya starrer ‘Action Replayy’, finds it surprisingly funny that the two superstars in his film have never been paired together in any film.

Speaking about Akki and Aish, the director stated, “Akshay and Ash are the two most good looking actors around. They are just so perfect for a love story. I am lucky to be getting these superstars together for the first time ever. It is actually quite bizarre and surprising that no one thought of casting them together.”
