I guess I'd like to direct a movie—Kangana Ranaut

The 23-year-old curly-haired Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut recently in an interview revealed that she’s happy with the way her film career is shaping up, though, for some time she’s thinking about directing a film.

"I'm quite happy with how my career is moving, but in terms of the future, soon, I guess I'd like to direct a movie. I have a script in mind. Let's see where it goes," revealed the talented actress.

However, when was asked why this sudden shift of interest from movies to direction, Kangana refused to provide any details on the topic further.

The young starlet made her debut in Bollywood with Anurag Kashyap’s film 'Gangster - A Love Story' in 2006.

In the film, she portrayed the role of a gangster’s girlfriend with such conviction that she not just won accolades but managed to get some recognition too.

After this, Kangana went on to do various other challenging roles in films such as ‘Who Lamhe’, ‘Life In A Metro’ and 'Fashion'. Unfortunately, in all the aforementioned films, she portrayed roles that were in some way mentally disturbed, limiting her ability to show her talent better.

Comedy films and clothing line on horizon
Kangana also revealed, at present she’s busy experimenting with light-hearted films such as ‘No Problem’, 'Double Dhamaal' and 'Tanu Weds Manu'.

Other films, she’s working on includes 'Rascals', 'Game' and 'Tezz'.

She also revealed that she has designed her own clothes for her films 'Rascals' and 'Tezz', and after this experience, she’s seriously contemplating launching her clothing line soon.

Happily single
Kangana, when had arrived in the industry, was rumored to be dating much-married and older actor Aditya Pancholi.

The glam actress revealed that she’s single at the moment and is in no hurry to be in a relationship as she’s busy.

“With so much work on my plate, I’m happily single for now!,” revealed the actress.
