Sridevi trips on ramp at Neeta Lulla's show

Bollywood actress Sridevi, who was a showstopper at fashion designer Neeta Lulla's show on day 5 of the Lakme Fashion Week, stumbled on the runway not just once but twice in the silverish-grey one shoulder body hugging gown.

Interestingly, the actress did make quite an impressive entry at the runway but evidently became nervous while walking in the long train trailing gown.

Sridevi walked the ramp for Neeta Lulla's 25th anniversary
Neeta is said to be happy that Sridevi walked the ramp on her 25th anniversary show even after she had a few hiccups on the runway.

Speaking about Sridevi’s blunder on the runway, Neetu stated, “As far as I think, it happens sometimes when you walk the ramp after a long time.”

“It was fantastic that on my 25th anniversary Sridevi walked the ramp and so many people actually made it to the show,” further added the ace designer.

Incidentally, when Sridevi was asked about her experience on the ramp, she stated, "It was great but at the same time very hard for me.”

Interestingly, Neeta’s ensembles on the show had quite a mix of Indian and western blended with a lot of embellishments and Swarovski crystals adding a nice touch to the collection.

Bollywood celebs added glamour to Neeta Lulla's show
The ace designer, who had completed 25 years in the industry, did manage to get a lot of attention from her B-town friends.

Present at the ace designer’s 25th anniversary show were Akshay Kumar, Vipul Shah, Rani Mukherji, Juhi Chawla, Tabu, Mugdha Godse, Yash Chopra, Soniya Mehra, Nitin Desai, Ramesh Taurani, Ramesh Sippy and wife Kiran Juneja, Aishwarya Rai’s mother Vrinda Rai, Tabu, Juhi, Hema Malini, Bhagyashree and Ameesha Patel.

Dressed in a grey suit sporting bell bottoms and an orange shirt, Akshay garnered a lot of attention while sitting at the front.

Talking about the show and his retro look, Akshay stated, "I really enjoyed the show. Till this Diwali, I will come only in retro look. I don't think any look has been as good as of the 1970s.”
