Reportedly, SRK is trying to be friends with action-star since the days when Akshay was shooting for a song for his film ‘Blue'. Both were shooting in the same vicinity when SRK decided to pay Akshay a surprise visit.

After that, he asked the producer of ‘Houseful’ Sajid Nadiadwala to arrange for a screening of the film at his residence.

Reportedly, SRK did not stop here and again visited Akshay on the sets of the film ‘Patiala House' and that’s when both the stars started bonding again.

SRK using Akshay to reach Farah?
Ever since Shahrukh has increased his efforts to be on good terms with Akshay, tabloids are busy speculating that reaching Farah could be SRK’s motive behind forming friendship with Akshay.

Just recently, SRK took time off his busy schedule and landed on the sets of reality TV show ‘Master Chef India’ hosted by Akshay.

The friendship between the two stars was for all to see as both kept talking to each other whenever Akshay got time off the shooting.

“Shah Rukh not only took a keen interest in the show Master Chef India but also told Akshay something very surprising,” revealed an eye-witness.

SRK even told Akshay that he’s feeling very good about the chances of ‘Tees Maar Khan’ on box office.

As per sources, SRK is using Akshay as a ladder to mend differences with Farah, who signed Akshay for the film when SRK did not gave her dates.

SRK to produce film with Akshay?
Another set of rumors in SRK and Akshay’s friendship saga are suggesting that both stars are considering producing a film together in a near future.

As per a source familiar with the matter, “Akshay and Shah Rukh also spoke about producing a film together. No prizes for guessing that they both will star in that film as well.”
