Imagine and Rakhi have come together earlier for reality shows like ‘Rakhi Ka Swayamvar’ and ‘Pati, Patni Aur Who’.

Rakhi to solve life problems
The chirpy girl will now solve the life problems, like murder, extra-marital affairs, drugs, dowry and robbery, of various people in the reality show ‘Rakhi ka Insaaf’.

Nikhil Madhok, VP Marketing and Communications, Imagine, said, "This show is an attempt to provide a platform for common people to voice their problems and look for solutions. It is a first-of-its-kind attempt to address real life problems of real people."

"At the centre of the show, providing resolutions and delivering her brand of justice, will be the one and only Rakhi Sawant. A self made woman, Rakhi Sawant is today recognized for speaking her mind and for taking the challenges of life head on.”

“As someone who has herself faced many such problems at close quarters and has struggled hard in life to achieve success, she is just the right person to pass judgment and deliver justice. Her brand of justice is not legal but intuitive and straight from the heart.”

“Rakhi will hear both the victim and the accused and provide both parties an opportunity to explain their side of the story. After hearing their views, she will pass a fair, honest and a humane judgment."

Interestingly, the format of the show is similar to Kiran Bedi’s ‘Aap Ki Kachcheri’.

When questioned about the similarity, the hottie said, “I respect Kiran Bediji a lot, so please don't compare my show with her's. I have no knowledge about legal procedures. This show is like my social service.”

The show will be jointly produced by Moti Sagar’s ‘I am productions’ and UTV Teletalkies.

Rakhi said, “Even though no one takes me seriously regarding my passion for social work, but through this show, people will get a chance to know me.

I will only support the truth, be it a girl or boy, I will make sure my judgments are unbiased. Whatever decisions will be made, will be ‘dil se’, just as the title of the show says ‘Rakhi Ka Insaaf… Dil se’."
