DDLJ beats Sholay
Director Aditya Chopra has been grinning ear to ear these days, and without a doubt the reason for his smile should be his Shahrukh and Kajol starrer ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ having set a record by completing 800 weeks of its success run in a theatre in Mumbai.

Meanwhile, there is also another reason for his happiness. His mega blockbuster film has a seemingly unbeatable record, as it beat Ramesh Sippy’s ‘Sholay’, which supposedly ran for about 286 weeks in Mumbai theatres.

After DDLJ touches the 800 weeks mark, it is said that Yash Chopra, the producer of this romantic flick, will be throwing a grand party for his B-town friends next week.

SRK and Ajay to soon bury their enmity?
It’s indeed a known fact that SRK and Ajay have never been friends, as they don’t get along well.

Well the grapevine has it that they would turn to become friends very soon.

The buzz has it that at fashion designer Anna Singh’s husband’s birthday bash SRK’s wife Gauri Khan surprised all her friends by making conversation with Kajol’s husband.

Gauri Khan wanted to break the ice and hush up all the speculated rife surrounding her husband and Ajay.

Insiders have stated that Gauri attended the party with all her friends and was supposedly seen having a blast.

Interestingly, during the party when she noticed Ajay, Gauri walked up to the actor to congratulate him for his novel performance in ‘Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai’.

Surprised, Ajay was all happy to be complimented by SRK’s wifey for his performance. It’s also believed that even Gauri’s pals jumped up to the opportunity to have a conversation with Ajay.
