Surprisingly, the runway’s showstopper to conclude the event was none other than Amitabh Bachachan’s daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Australian cricketer Brett Lee, who drew a loud applause from the gathering.

Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla showcased their collections in three themes
Popularly known as boys in the fashion world, this duo made all the fashionistas line up for front seats.

Celebrity’s, who made it to the front row, decked in their finery were Suzanne Roshan, Shobhaa De, Dimple Kapadia with daughter Rinke Khanna and Australian cricketer Steve Waugh.

After a span of four years, the duo showcased their collections in three different themes ‘Abaan’, ‘Sonaar’ and ‘Sonar Kella’.

The duos latest offerings had all the heavy embellishments and more elaborate floral thread work with multicolored hues of sequins in gold, copper and bronze.

Setting a whimsical tone in their collections, the designers had experimented a new concept in their clothes, which was funky and avant-garde.

Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla, who unveiled their collection at the grand finale, stated that they wanted to create something funky yet classy.

“It was a new concept that we tried and we are very excited that it worked! This is how today's diva deserves to dress,” stated Abu Jani.

Their opulent new line had saris, gowns and fully sequined jackets.

Shweta Nanda, Brett Lee enjoyed the glitz and glamour
Shweta, who personified elegance, looked stunningly refreshing when she walked the ramp as the showstopper for designers Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla.

Wearing a golden gown with a lotus plucked in her hair, Shweta spoke about the design and stated that she simply loved the creation that she was wearing. Enjoying the drama and glitz at the show, the elegant lady also added that the colorful tones and patterns in her dress that made her feel special, and brightened her up.

While the other showstopper, a visibly awestruck cricketer, Brett Lee stated, “I am very much honoured. It feels awesome, the outfit is white and they have used amazing materials and it has just been a great and lot of response we have got, so it has been fantastic.”
