Aishwarya Rai touches superstar Rajinikanth's feet‎

According to the latest reports, Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan took the whole unit by surprise during the last day of the shoot of Shankar’s ‘Endhiran’, when the starlet touched Superstar Rajinikanth’s feet and took his blessings.


Surprisingly while giving the blessing, the 60-year-old actor Rajinikanth told the actress that he’s like her father-in-law.

Shankar’s ‘Endhiran’, which has been under production for almost two years, was completed on July 7.

After having tirelessly worked on the film for two years, Ash was supposedly finding it hard to leave the place as she became close to each and every person in the unit.

Insiders revealed that after the last shot, Aishwarya touched Kollywood superstar's feet, to seek his blessings. Though Rajinikanth felt awkward initially, as the actor didn’t know how to respond, he later blessed the actress.

The director of the film Shankar, who confirmed the news of the film’s completion, recently stated that he is now focusing on the music of the film.

The director further added that music maestro AR Rahman and Resul Pookutty were working on the music back and forth in full action.

The audio release of the film is expected to happen at the end of the month and Shankar is confident that his huge budgeted film will fulfill everyone’s expectations.

Director Shankar reveals the story of 'Endhiran’
The mega sci-fi big budget movie ‘Endhiran’, which is said to have cost 190 crore, will hit 1000 screens on September 10.

Interestingly, the director of the film even revealed the story on his blog. Shankar had written that the story revolves around a robot, which unexpectedly turns into a human being and starts mixing with society.

"The film will have many surprises. Technology has been used to the maximum possible extent. I am hopeful that Endhiran will surpass all expectations. Rajni is such a simple man who is totally unaware of his fame and power,” Shankar further added.
