The credit for Aamir joining twitter goes to Big B, who convinced him to join the social networking site.
Besides films, the three Khan's, Aamir, Shah Rukh and Salman, will be soon seen competing in tweets.
Dinner with Amitabh Bachchan
Superstar Aamir Khan met the Bachchan's, Amitabh and Jaya, at a casual dinner in an Italian restaurant in London, last week. It was then Big B told Aamir to join Twitter for his fans.
“Met Jayaji and Amithji last night for dinner in London. He was suggesting that I join twitter. In fact he sent a tweet while we were sitting together and showed me how it works. You how what a phobia I have of gadgets and technology. But I must say he was most patient with me and most persuasive. I guess when I get back I will look at it,” Aamir wrote in his blog.
“The food was most amazing but more than that the conversation. He was joking that we live in the same city but need to come to London to have a meal together!,” added Aamir.
Twitter-a source of interaction with stars
Now days, the micro-blogging site Twitter has become a new source of interaction between stars and their fans. Besides fans, superstars can even tweet to their co-stars.
Apart from Big B, gorgeous Priyanka Chopra, Bollywood hunk Salman Khan, Junior Bachchan Abhishek,Shah Rukh Khan, Ritesh Deshmukh, versatile actor Anupam Kher, filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar, Munnai Bhai Sanjay Dutt and his Circuit Arshad Warsi, stunning Shilpa Shetty Kundra are some of the stars tweeting on Twitter.
Shah Rukh Khan was the first Bollywood actor to cross the limit of 400,000 fans.
