The actress took people by surprise when she praised the film and its makers in fluent Tamil.

Shankar praised Ash for attending the audio launch despite her busy schedule. He said it’s an honor that she arrived because it’s well known that Ash rarely attends audio launches.

"When we explained to her the significance of Rettaichuzhi and the cast of the film, she immediately agreed. It's not just her beauty but her commitment towards her profession, which has made her a great actress," Shankar said.

Aishwarya released the audio cassettes and CDs of “Rettaichuzhi” and presented the first copy to well-known lyricist Vairamuthu.

Tamil cinema taught Ash technicalities of cinema
At the audio launch event Aishwarya had all praise for the Tamil filmmaker who had directed the actress in the movie “Jeans.” The actress also mentioned Tamil cinema is close to her heart because it taught her a lot when she was starting her career in the film industry.

“Working in Jeans remains an integral part (of my career). It taught me so much technically and content wise and now I am having a wonderful time working in “Endhiran,” said the actress, who kicked-off her career with “Jeans”.

At present, the actress is busy shooting for Shankar’s upcoming film “Endhiran” opposite superstar Rajnikant.

Reportedly, Ash has spoken some of her dialogues in Tamil in the forthcoming movie.

Ash takes the limelight
Aishwarya’s presence at the audio launch mesmerized attendees at the event so much that one after another each one of them kept praising Ash’s beauty, her working style and her simplicity.

The members on the stage were music director Karthik Raja, director Thamirai, Hansraj Saxena, Parthipan, directors Sasi, Lingusamy, Vairamuthu, Ramanarayanan, VC Guhanathan, Abhirami Ramanthan, and Ameer.

Strangely, the main leads of the film “Rettaisuzhi” were spotted watching all the proceeding quietly from a corner.
