Jacqueline Fernandez and Ranbir are set to star in the new Pepsi ad campaign. Also appearing with them in the commercial will be Sanjay Dutt.

Jacqueline Fernandez’s first film didn’t get her all the attention with the audiences, but fortunately, Jacqueline had drawn the attention of Bollywood, as she has more acting work coming her way.

Jacqueline’s selection for Pepsi ad
Impressed with her performance in her debut film, it was filmmaker Nikhil Advani who had suggested her name for the Pepsi commercial.

Insiders have informed that when Pepsi started looking for a fresh face for the commercial, Nikihl suggested Jacqueline, as he felt she was the perfect representation of the young women today.

Moreover, he also felt that she has great potential to scale up, as she seems to be doing well for herself regardless of not knowing to speak Hindi fluently.

The theme of the advert is going to be 'youngistan', and it will be directed by Sunil Manchanda who is currently working on Jacqueline’s look. In fact, Sunil has hired a couple of designers and make-up artists to work on her appearance.

The actress, who has been busy lately, only recently completed shooting for her upcoming film, ‘Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hay’. This romantic film is being produced by Nikhil Advani and directed by Milap Zaveri.

Jacqueline to do a cameo in Housefull
Jacqueline has now bagged a cameo in Sajid’s ‘Housefull’. The director zeroed-in on her as he was impressed by her acting grace, which he got a glimpse of from the promos of her soon-to-be-released ‘Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hay’. Sajid has roped her in for a song in the movie.

Responding to the question about Jacqueline’s appearance for the song in ‘Housefull’, Sajid stated, “Jackie fit the bill perfectly. I really liked her work in JKSAH and thought she looked really hot in some sequences. So we (producer Sajid Nadiadwala and I) immediately zeroed in on her for a small part in the 'Apni Toh Jaise Taise' track.”
