All speculations were confirmed on wednesday when the singer was greeted in Indian traditional style with Bebo putting tika and SRK showering petals at the singer.

Reportedly, Akon arrived on SRK’s request to sing a song for his forthcoming superhero movie “Ra-1” that stars Kareena as the leading lady.

“Akon is one of the biggest musical sensations and we are proud to host him in India. I feel his association with our movie will only make it bigger,” said SRK proudly.

“I have heard his songs and he is brilliant. He is edgy and he makes people dance. When we make movies, we look to entertain. So, I am sure Akon and we will have great fun.”

Song to be filmed on Akon and Bebo?
After getting warm welcome from SRK and Bebo on his arrival in Mumbai, Akon had all praises for SRk and said, "'For “Ra-1”, I will be composing and singing a song.”

“I will also appear in it. I want to give Shah Rukh different versions of the same song to choose from,” added Akon.

Even SRK confirmed that a song indeed will be featured on the singer in the movie alongside pretty actress Bebo.

“Of course. He will be coming down to India for a brief shoot that we will be doing with him. And hopefully, Kareena will teach him some nice Bollywood moves,” said SRK.

Party in honor of Akon
To welcome the “Smack that” singer properly, SRK threw a lavish party attended by the who’s who of tinsel town.

Bollywood’s heartthrob Hrithik Roshan, actress Kangana Ranaut and actor Abhay Deol were among the people who attended SRK’s party.

However, SRK’s co-partner in IPL team Juhi Chawla surprised all by admitting that she will be hearing Akon’s songs for the first time.

“I haven't listened to his song before. I have come as a guest in this party, so I really don't know what exactly has been planned for tonight. It will be a surprise for me as well,” said Juhi.
