Moon B Shin who is managing director of LG Electronics informs, “We are aiming to be No 1 in flat panel TV market with a targeted market share of 33 per cent in 2010. To achieve this we are coming up with whole new series of Full LED LCD TV's.”

Akshay impressed with LG flat television sets
The actor who is currently busy shooting for his forthcoming Sajid Nadiadwala venture titled ‘Housefull’ opposite Lara Dutta, Deepika Padukone and Jiah Khan, is impressed with the range of flat television sets offered by the company.

He says, “My wife and I are crazy about watching movies at home and the LG LED (Liquid Emitting Diodes) TVs gives cinematic pleasure at home. Their LED TV is so clear that it gives a real image. It's classy.”

It may be noted that this is the first time that a celebrity will be endorsing a LG FPD.

LG has plans for a multi-media campaign across print, television, radio, outdoor, cinema and internet media.

The softer side of Akshay
Akshay Kumar spends all his free time on and off his shooting schedule with son Aarav.

A source reports, “Whenever he got free time during his shoots for Patiala House, he would play cricket and often Aarav would participate in the game. And Aarav would always beat Akshay at cricket.”

“Aarav can even climb walls like a pro and can do the somersault even though he's just nine years old... In fact, he's getting better by the day even in martial arts,” the source adds.

Like father like son!!
