According to grapevine, come May and the beautiful lady will travel to Malaysia for shooting of a forthcoming movie, the title of which is still in the wraps.

The romantic film will be shot in the scenic state of Kaula Terengganu located on the banks of river Terengganu in Malaysia which is a hot locale for Bollywood movies.

Chief Minister of the state, Mentri Besar Ahmad informs, “Government is excited that a Bollywood production house has selected Kuala Terengganu as its shooting location.”

“The production house will disclose the list of actors and actresses including other details at a press conference before the start of the shooting,” he furthers.

Bollywood helps promote Malaysian tourism
The Malaysian state government is now gearing up to provide state of the art facilities to the visiting crew and in this regard a memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between Primula Hotel and Islamic Civilisation Park (TTI)

Government of the Kaula Terengganu state believes that shooting of a Bollywood flick will promote the state and boost tourism.

Malaysia is currently inhabited by around 200 million Indians and is a hotspot for Indian tourists from all over the world.

Rani plays Jessica Lal
The current buzz doing rounds in B-Town is that Rani will be playing Jessica Lal in Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘No One Killed Jessica Lal’.

A source said, “During pre production Rani was clear about her look, what she would wear, etc. and she also wanted to shop in London for it. So there was no choice but for the stylist on the movie to accompany her to London as she shopped for the role.”

While Rani was shopping in London, friends Shahrukh, Kajol and Karan Johar were also visiting to promote their latest venture ‘My Name is Khan’.

“She would shop for like an hour and then she would call Karan and go sit with him for coffee or lunch for hours together.”

“So the trip which was to last for 2-3 days went on for well over a week. The producers are already dealing with the rising bills of signing on Ms. Mukherjee!” the source added.
