Recently, the actress showed her dire desire to be Salman’s lady love in movies.

Now, Deepika wants Madhur to let her play a lead role in one of his projects.

Deepika has been beaming with her latest success with 'Love Aaj Kal' and 'Om Shanti Om'. As a promising one she has proved her mettle as an actress.

She is willing to throw away her glamorous look to win Madhur’s admiration. Since he is known to portray reality in his films she seems ready for a change.

“If Madhur offers me a film with an interesting script, I would love to work with him and actually he is one of the directors I really want to work with and I am a fan of his films," Deepika said.

However, she refuted all rumors related to Madhur, offering her a role in Corporate’s sequel. She added that it’s a dream to work with a director who has won three National Awards.

Now, if Madhur has been listening this chirpy little lady, then let’s see if she would be a part of the Madhur gang someday.

Upcoming projects
The 24-year-old actress has a busy time this year.

She has bagged many lead roles in movies titled 'Housefull' opposite Akshay Kumar along with 'Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se' starring Abhishek Bachchan. She also has two Telugu flicks in her kitty.

Deepika is also in a movie with Imran Khan called 'Break Ke Baad'.

During promotions of 'Karthik Calling Karthik' in Delhi, she said that initially she was quite anxious about being paired against Farhan including her short hair in the film.

"I was nervous about letting go of my hair because I have always had long hair. But then we did lot of look tests and tried on short wigs and finally Farhan's wife Adhuna convinced me," she said.

About Kathik Calling Kathik she said, “I don't understand everybody going on about the unusual pairing. I think more important is the fact whether one fits the character. I was initially nervous about being paired with Farhan, but it went so well, because he is a very funny person."
