Deepika Padukone seems to act quite friendly yet professional lately.

With a much hyped and tailor made kickoff with the greatest possible launch, she is keenly interested to join other celebrated Khans too.

In addition,in a short span of her career, she has worked with superstars Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan too.

Deepika’s wish
In a latest interview, Deepika was overheard wishing to be Salman’s lady love in a movie.

Deepika has just four movies to her credit but desires to rope in other biggies too.

"I am really looking forward to work with Salman," Deepika said.

When asked about the rumors of her already working with Salman Khan, she was honest about it.

There were gossips of a remake of a Telugu film featuring Deepika and Salman both. However, due to some reasons it did not take any shape.

"It is plain rumour. Reports of me working with Salman in `Kick` are untrue. In fact I haven`t been offered any such film", the model turned actress said.

Yet she said, “In fact we were supposed to be paired up much earlier but then a couple of films didn`t quite work out. That`s sad but I am sure that in near future, we would be paired opposite each other.”

A smooth sail
Just after 'Om Shanti Om', Deepika was termed as a promising new bee in the B-industry.

She also hooked up with Ranbir Kapoor for a short period after Bachna Ae Haseeno. However, ever since their break up, she has always tried to keep herself busy.

She has also expressed her inclination towards working with Aamir someday. Ambitiously, Deepika wants to carve out her career carefully with all top actors penciled in her wish list.

Deepika’s latest launches
Year 2010, has got all work and no play for her. She has some major flicks in her kitty.

She is working in Ashutosh Gowariker’s upcoming 'Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se'. It stars Abhishek Bachchan as the male lead.

Another one signed by Deepika is 'Break Ke Baad' opposite Imran Khan.

At the moment she is busy with the promotions of her latest release 'Karthik Calling Karthik' where she is playing opposite Farhan Akhtar.
