It was only sometime ago that producer Karan Johar had rescheduled the releasing date of Kurban to 20th from the 27th of this month. Now his plans to promote the upcoming film have gone haywire since Saif will have to skip the promotional events because of his health.

And this has come as a weird quirk of fate as the prominent actor Saif Ali khan has canceled all his interviews and media interactions for his upcoming film Kurban till further notice.

The actor had visited Lilavati hospital last Monday for his acute food poisoning. A close friend of the actor said that all this started when Saif was doing a lot of traveling for his forthcoming film Kurban and was hit by food poisoning at one such event.

The friend of the actor passed on the news and informed the media that Saif will recover by the end of this week and he has been forced to miss the promotional events under his doctor’s advice.

The producer of the movie Karan Johar, when contacted by the media, confirmed the news about Saif’s ill-health and said,“He should recover in the next two or three days. He will then resume the promotions of Kurbaan.”

Saif Ali khan needn’t worry because his costar and girlfriend is seen on TV promoting the movie without his presence. Let’s just hope the actor recovers soon to his usual vibrant form.
