Neha Dhupia kicked off her career at the age of 19 in a TV serial 'Rajdhani', produced by Bobby...

Starring actors Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan, the film also features southern star and GHAJINI fame actress Asin Thottumkal. Furthermore, the film also features Ran Vijay Singh (popular VJ) and Brinda Parekh (CORPORATE fame) in pivotal roles.
A story that revolves around two friends, Arjun played by Ajay and Mannu played by Salman, London Dreams chronicles the lives of the main protagonists, supposedly inseparable since their school days in Bhatinda. The genre of the film is a musical thriller with background score by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
Although nothing much can be said about the tunes, except for a few tracks, the trio seems to have fallen short of success over the other tracks in the film. However the film does lighten your mood with lot of silly laughs, interspersed throughout the film.
Revolving around the Arjun played by Ajay Devgan, the story showcases how he fulfils his childhood ambition of becoming a pop star. Arjun faces a lot of challenges and setbacks, which also includes his father's inacceptance to let him pursue his dreamvocation. Citing his father's failure to meet expectations (once an eminent musician who committed suicide after performing a devastating concert at London’s Wembley stadium) Arjun's dad stays completely adamant in his decision to never let him take up singing as a career. However the twist comes when Arjun’s father dies and his uncle, though even he abhors music, decides to take Arjun to London from where he runs away. Arjun scampers away from the airport to London city and begins to earn a living by playing the flute, which unbelievably helps him set up a fancy music school.
And his relative luck doesn't end there, Arjun later goes on to fulfil his dreams with absurd ease. From managing to start his own band, to auditioning with a famous music company, he even buys himself a glitzy apartment, a BMW and makes Priya, a dancer, played by Asin, join him. The mess in the plot only begins when he coaxes Manu to come to London and realizes that the village-dweller is much more talented than him and therefore starts plotting Manu’s downfall through drugs and women.
An emotional drama to the core the film holds our attention for two hours only through its journey of emotion and the depth of relationships. Edged with some brilliant scenes Vipul has created a creditable script with scope for performance for all three of the lead pairs. A feel-good film that entertains, London Dreams showcases some breath-taking locales, definitely worth a watch.
