Priyanka Chopra was the fifth Indian woman to win the Miss World Crown and the fourth Indian...

Just before her movie’s release, controversies have headed her way, and this has led the reserved actress to step in and address the media for clarifications on the various issues that surround her.
Dia has been accused of being unprofessional and refusing to walk the ramp for the promotion of the film.
This is what Dia has to say, “I had not committed to walk for the designer, but only to attend a party hosted the previous evening, which I did.”
“It’s unfair to make me look unprofessional. It was a very wrongly maligned story, but I think people stoop to all kinds of levels to promote their films,” she added.
“This film is really important for me” -- Dia
The actor is very excited about the film as she shuns her sweet image and plays a tough girl in the film that revolves around her character called Max.
Say Dia, “Max, the character I play in the film, is a tough woman. She is very feminine and sexy but at the same time she is strong.”
“I put my heart, head, eyes, muscles... everything. In short, I put my entire being into Acid Factory. This film is really important for me,” she continues.
The buzz is that the actor has trained very hard under the guidance of action director Tinu Verma for the action sequences of the film. The role she plays is similar to Cameron Diaz’s role ‘Charlie’s Angel’.
Dia talks about ‘Acid Factory’
Directed by Suparn Verma, ‘Acid Factory’ also stars Fardeen Khan, Irrfan Khan, Dino Morea, Aftab Shivdasani, Manoj Bajpayee, Danny Denzongpa along with the only female character in the film played by Dia Mirza.
Dia Mirza quips, “There are six people in Acid Factory who have no memory and don’t know how and why they got there. It’s very easy to play characters if the plot is right. Usually I do a character sketch for most of my films.”
She goes on, “For this one, I didn’t want to know anything because there are certain plots and stories that don’t need that. I am really excited about it.”
