Mumbai, February 10 -- The 11th Mumbai International Film Festival of Documentary, Animation and Short Films saw Russian film ‘17 August’, and 'The Spell' winning awards for the Best Documentary and Best fiction.

The movie '17 August' has been directed by Alexander Gutman while 'The Spell' has been directed by Umesh Kulkarni.
