Government to set up a panel to monitor vulgarity on TV

Do you feel that the vulgarity on television is surging? Do you want to complain about a channel exhibiting obscene content? Are you afraid that an indecent show may hamper your child's thinking and behavior?

Well, such problems are now likely to solve soon as Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambika Soni announced the formation of a panel to audit the television content.

Mumbai, February 10 -- The 11th Mumbai International Film Festival of Documentary, Animation and Short Films saw Russian film ‘17 August’, and 'The Spell' winning awards for the Best Documentary and Best fiction.

The movie '17 August' has been directed by Alexander Gutman while 'The Spell' has been directed by Umesh Kulkarni.
