Slumdog’s child artists' parents and Boyle clash

The unforeseen success of ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ has got the parents of the slum dwelling child artists and its director, Danny Boyle, locking horns with each other over monetary issues.

The parents have now decided that their children would not be flying to witness the Oscars but demand the air fares to be paid to them instead.

The film has been nominated for 10 Academy Awards and to witness the award function, the children were to fly to Los Angeles.
