Riyaz Khan is basically a Malayalee actor and model. He has also acted in a handful of Tamil as well as Telegu Films. Riyaz started his career acting in the local soap ‘Kudumbam’. Malayalee director Balachandra Menon cast him as the lead in his movie ‘Sughakaram’, after catching a glimpse of his handsomeness and smart looks.

His portrayal as the antagonist in the Tamil movie ‘Ramana’ fetched him critical acclaims all over the industry and he was offered roles of varied sorts.

He is also the brand ambassador of a Chennai based fitness studio “Inshape health and fitness”. After a brief gap, he returned to the Malayalam film industry acting in ‘Balettan’ starring Mohanlal. He is married to the bubbly actress Uma Riyaz, son of Kamala Kamesh. They are blessed with two handsome boys. He also donned negative roles in Tamil films like ‘Baba’, ‘Tirupathi’ and a few others too.

The film ‘Ghajini’ marked his entry into the B-Town alongside prominent actors like Aamir Khan and Asin. He has also played many supporting roles in some blockbuster movies like ‘Badri’, ‘Alavandhan’ and a few other movies.

He was shown sporting the famous six pack abs in the movie ‘Winner’, which unfortunately did not do well.
