"Yes, I know that the film is keenly anticipated and expectations are quite high as well. It has been a great challenge for Sagar to make the sequel better so that it can meet people expectations,” said the beautiful actress.

“He is a tremendous director. I have been blessed to work with him in two back-to-back films. After Bheja Fry 2, our film Hum Tum Aur Shabana would also be releasing soon,” informed Minissha.

While the first movie was made on a small budget, the finances involved have increased by a few crores for the sequel.

When asked about the production cost of ‘Bheja Fry 2’, the young and vivacious actress said, "Well, I am not someone who can really be commenting on the budget part but what I know for sure is that the film is far more colorful and entertaining than before.”

She went on to say that the second movie included a lot of outdoor locales and some scenes of the movie were shot on a ship, which may have increased the costs.

“A major portion of the film is also shot on a ship to give it grandeur though we haven't gone abroad. Let me tell you, he has actually cracked it in a big way here,” she retorted.
